Not recommended. Up to ~100 lbs in the trunk is typically allowed at owner’s risk (not covered by cargo insurance). Don’t leave valuables/electronics. Excess weight may be refused.
About ¼ tank of fuel, remove toll tags, disable alarms, fold mirrors, remove loose accessories, one key set, take photos from all sides before pickup.
We need to know if it rolls/steers/brakes. Winch loading is available; expect a surcharge and extra loading time.

Carrier cargo insurance covers transport-related damage during loading/hauling/unloading. Not covered: prior/hidden issues, mechanical problems, undercarriage/road debris, personal items, force majeure. COI available on request.
At pickup/drop-off we complete a BOL (Bill of Lading) with photos/notes. Please be present and keep your copy.
Take photos immediately, note issues on the BOL at delivery, and contact us promptly. We’ll help initiate the carrier’s insurance process.
Yes, but tell us early. Changes can affect price/timing. If a driver is already assigned or en route, a change fee may apply.
Before driver assignment — no fee. After assignment/departure — a fee may apply for time/mileage already spent.
Yes, when a slot is available and routing aligns. It costs more than standard pickup windows.
Yes. Motorcycles are best on enclosed with proper chocks. Low/lifted/wide vehicles must be disclosed; they affect space and price.
